As a Senior Drain Technician, you would play a critical role in maintaining the functionality and integrity of drainage systems, helping to prevent disruptions and ensure the efficient flow of wastewater away from residential and commercial properties.

Drain/Sewer Technician Role | WHAT WE DO

Clear drain/sewer lines that are clogged
Inspect drain/sewer lines with a camera, identify potential defects
Repairing and replacing sump pumps and sewage pumps
Selling sewer line repair and replacements for old or defective sewer lines
Perform preventative maintenance
Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Drain Technician Requirements | WHAT YOU BRING

2 years of experience working on drains is required. That experience should include unclogging drains with electric snakes and/or high-velocity water jets and using a sewer camera to inspect drain lines.
Troubleshooting: Plumbing problems can sometimes be complex, requiring you to diagnose issues by examining symptoms and conducting tests. You would need to use your knowledge and experience to identify the underlying causes of problems and develop effective solutions.
Customer Service: As a senior technician, you might interact directly with customers to assess their needs, explain the work that needs to be done, and provide estimates for services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Depending on the growth and structure of our organization, you might be responsible for leading a team of plumbing technicians. This could involve delegating tasks, providing guidance and training, and overseeing the quality of work performed by your team.
Valid Texas Plumbing License Preferred
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs
Valid Driver’s License in good standing

$28 - 32 / hour
